Shipping Policy
At RKELIXIR, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process so you can receive your fragrance products quickly and securely. Below is our full shipping policy:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 3–9 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines provided by carriers and may vary depending on location, weather, or other delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. RKELIXIR is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs associated with resending the package unless the error was made by our team.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it:
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Look for a delivery notice or check alternate delivery spots (e.g., mailroom or porch).
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Once an order is marked as delivered, RKELIXIR is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier. We're happy to assist where possible — contact us at info@rkelixir.com.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect item or order mishandling).
If your order was shipped correctly but you wish to return it for any reason, you are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
We do not compensate for shipping costs unless we are at fault.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.
