RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At RKELIXIR, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every fragrance. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below. 
 
RETURNS 
Due to the nature of personal care products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances. 
We accept returns only under the following conditions: 
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging 
The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery 
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided 
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@rkelixir.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Opened or used fragrances 
Gift cards 
Items marked as final sale or clearance 
Samples or promotional items 
 
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

A description of the issue 
Clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging 
We will gladly send a replacement or offer store credit if the issue is confirmed. 
 
SHIPPING COSTS 
RKELIXIR is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). 
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not reimburse shipping fees. 
 
REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 
 
EXCHANGES 
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
